Where We Ship
Cheeky Delights currently ships Australia-wide only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
All orders are dispatched discreetly in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy at every stage.
Please note: Some adult products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to courier restrictions. We recommend using a secure residential or business address.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Every parcel is packed thoughtfully to ensure discretion, protection and a refined delivery experience.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Delivery Addresses
We ship using Australia Post, allowing delivery to residential and business addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers across Australia.
Please ensure your delivery details are entered accurately at checkout to avoid delays.
In rare cases where an alternative courier service is required, we may contact you to request a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
All orders are packaged discreetly to protect your privacy.

Tracking & Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched:
- Responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier
- You are responsible for monitoring tracking updates
- Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete
Cheeky Delights is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier network disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Weather events or other circumstances beyond our control
Delays & Missing Deliveries
While delays are uncommon, they can occur.
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@cheekydelights.com.au so we can assist in lodging a courier enquiry.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, where applicable
This allows us to investigate promptly with our courier partners.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this timeframe.
