Our Commitment

At Cheeky Delights, your comfort, confidence, and trust matter deeply. We take great care in selecting and packaging every product we offer. Due to the intimate nature of our range, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards to protect all customers.

This policy outlines when returns, refunds, or replacements may be available.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products removed from their sealed packaging

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions before purchasing — we’re always happy to help guide you.

Faulty or Defective Products

You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, defective, or not as described.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic or video evidence of the fault

Please do not dispose of the product until we have reviewed your claim.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable
  • Warranty coverage varies by brand and product
  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or incorrect storage

Cheeky Delights does not offer warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Assessment & Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on the nature of the fault
  • Refunds are issued only where required under Australian Consumer Law
  • In some cases, the product may need to be returned for assessment before a resolution can be provided

Return shipping instructions will be provided if required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:

  • Used or opened intimate products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect care
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products reported outside the required timeframe

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If a product is confirmed to be faulty, return shipping will be covered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • If the product is found not to be faulty, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer

Processing Time

We aim to assess all return requests promptly. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of returned items for processing, depending on manufacturer assessment requirements.

Discretion & Fair Use

We reserve the right to decline return requests that fall outside this policy or where misuse, damage, or excessive claims are identified.
